Our mission
is to provide innovative and effective composite product solutions,
over a wide range of product applications, utilizing a breadth of
composite manufacturing techniques, to satisfy unique customer
requirements. Composite Factory will leverage its aerospace technology
and automotive manufacturing experience to produce traditional and
advanced composites, and to provide custom composite solutions rapidly
and affordably.
Composite Factory owns and continues to develop an innovative technology for the production of reinforcement preforms for closed molding applications. CFI's capabilities include: providing preforms on a production basis; complete molded parts employing these preforms; and for purchase or license, the equipment to produce the preforms at your facility.
Employing hand lay-up, SRIM, RTM, Lite-RTM or one of its variants, CFI has complete production capabilities for custom molded products. With a strong emphasis on engineered performance, quality, timely delivery and customer satisfaction, Composite Factory can provide a total solution for our customers.
Based on Aerospace R&D, CFI has developed unique Ceramic Matrix
Composite (CMC) material systems. Applications for these tough,
wear resistant and high temperature engineered materials include brake
discs, exhaust and other engine components for automotive, marine, and
aerospace, composite ballistic armor, and other custom molded parts
for automotive, military, and other demanding commercial applications.
Combining the breadth of our capabilities, CFI offers integrated systems development, from conceptual design and evaluation through fabrication, assembly, testing and deployment. Our experience with programs such as the Flarecraft "Wing in Ground Effect" vehicle, and current work on a Lightweight Transportable Anti - Intrusion Pontoon Barrier System for the US Navy, position us well for your complex development problem.
